Hello and thanks for checking out this listing of a pair of very cool Mavic M231CD hard-anodized aluminum alloy clincher rims for 28-hole hubs. These 26" rims were gathered as overstock from a high-end bicycle shop and will come to you in the lovely "NOS" new-old-stock condition seen in the included photographs.
These rims feature robust construction with a rim depth of 14.8mm, external width of 23mm, and internal width of 17mm. Classic hard-anodized treatment with iconic "Dakar" style decals is perfect for your modern classic MTB, and eyeleted double-walled construction make for a sturdy wheel build. For 28-hole hubs.
Quite lightweight at just 440 grams per rim.
Overall condition is a conservative 9.9 out of 10 with some faint burnishing from "shop wear" during storage over the course of many years.
